I RESERVATION DIRECTIVES

All services must be booked at least 72 hours in advance via e-mail (except short-term bookings).

II PAYMENT TERMS

The full amount of the booked services must be paid in advance.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Deposit or bank transfer

  • You will receive the bank account information at the time of booking.
  • For transfers from abroad, the bank commission will be added to the amount.

Cash

  • Snacks and/or beverages not included in the package
  • Short-term reservations/visits or other activities not included in the package

III CANCELLATION TERMS

 

All cancellations for any service (whether half-day/full-day visit or multi-day program) must be made via e-mail.

  • Cancellation up to 30 days in advance: 100% refund of the paid amount
  • Cancellation from 29 to 15 days in advance: 50% refund of the paid amount
  • Cancellation from 14 to 0 days in advance: 0% refund of the paid amount
  • Early departure: no refund
  • There is a rescheduling option.

In the case of a cancellation, any fees and taxes (depending on the amount and on the country) will be charged from your refunded amount.
In case of adverse weather conditions, there is a possibility that the hosts may cancel the hikes for safety reasons. In this case, the value corresponding to the hike will be refunded.
The rest of the visit or program will be carried out as normal.
